Delayed is one of the most common ways to avoid pain. But usually if you delay an action, you will only create a bigger pain. Think and answer the questions below:

1. Why am I not taking this action immediately? What makes me to delay?
2. What fun I had in the past, when I was in this negative pattern?
3. What suffers will I get if I do not change now? How do I feel when it happened?
4. What fun will I get if I take the action now?

What Causes A Crisis?

Once upon a time, there was a man selling “Sandwich” by the roadside. He was illiterate, so he never read newspaper. He was hard of hearing, so he never listened to the radio. His eyes so week, so he never watched television. But enthusiastically, he sold lots of “Sandwiches”...

He was smart enough to offer some attractive schemes to increase his sales. His sales and profit went up. He ordered more a more raw materials and bread and use to sale more. He recruited few more supporting staff to serve more customers. He started offering home deliveries. Eventually he got himself a bigger and better stove. As his business was growing, the son, who had recently graduated from College, joined his father.

Then something strange happened. The son asked, “Dad, aren’t you aware of the great recession that is coming our way?” The father replied, “No, but tell me about it.” The son said, The international situation is terrible. The domestic situation is even worse. We should be prepare for the coming bad times.” The man thought that since his son had been to college, read the papers, listened to the radio and watched TV, he ought to know and his advice should not be taken lightly. So the next day onwards, the father cut down his raw materials order and bread, took down the colorful signboard, removed all the special schemes he was offering to the customers and was no longer as enthusiastic. He reduced his staff strength by giving layoffs. Very soon, fewer and fewer people bothered to stop as his “Sandwich” stands. And his sales started coming down rapidly, and the profit as well.

The father said to his son, “Son, you were right”. “We are in the middle of recession and crisis. I am glad you warned me ahead of time.”

Moral of The Story:
It’s all in your mind... We actually fuel this recession much more than we think we do!

This is the time to reunite, this is the time to motivate others, this is the time to show commitment, this is the time to show the values and this is the time to keep focus on your goals.

Cut Your Fish Into Pieces

Wiseman says:

"Once upon a time, in a village near seashore, there is a fisherman who always brought a short wooden stick when he goes for fishing. Everytime his lure got a fish, he measures the fish with the stick. When the fish length is shorter or equal to the stick's, he put the fish into the basket.. However, when it's length is more than the stick's, he released it and trow it back to the sea...

When asked: "Why did you release the fish that is longer (and larger) than the stick's?"
He answered: "Because the stick's length is my fried pan size!"

Guys .. What about ourselves when we face a problem that's beyond our capacity?
Do we reject it as the fishermen throw back the fish that is longer than the stick's?
Do we know that a problem or difficulty is a great big initial for success?
Do we realize that fish can be cut into smaller pieces according to our current capability?

People become successful because they Think Big!

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

If Norman Vincent Peale published Positive Thinking, Robert Schuller popularized Thinking possibility, then Gerry Robert offered Successibility Thinking.

Successibility Thinking is a term that describes an attitude that refuses to surrender, an action without stopping and strengthening beliefs, put it in an appropriate perspective.

Everyone knows that the habits of life not easily be stopped or changed, and the faithful need a big breakthrough with hard work. Do you like to commit to yourself with this Successibility Thinking? You can reprogramme your self by spending only 10 minutes everyday for your biggest asset, your preposterous mind. Affirmations are things that you always have to say louder on your self. This will help you to change the paradigm and perspective of life.
